So tired...

I'll keep this very short. I guess all the activity, combined with heat are finally catching up with me. I am so tired now. On a positive note, I feel pretty decent otherwise. I took an Anusara yoga class this morning and while it kicked my butt, it was a good learning experience. I even learned a new way to do forearm stands and back bends against the wall.
Tonight I have yoga teacher training and my mother in law is coming in for a few days. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be full of energy again so I can take her around a bit while my hubby works.

I've been on an exercise schedule for many years and have modified it in the last month. Boy is it kicking my butt!

Today, I couldn't even get out of bed until 11AM and I'm usually up by 6AM. So no exercise for me today...I'm pooped.

I'm glad you can do yoga because I can't. I'm too contracted to be able to perform alot of the movements. If I get down on the floor, most times I need help to get up! Back bends and all fours are not physically possible.

Don't tucker yourself out running with mother in law. Have a nice weekend.

Thanks ladies. I'm chillin'. I am still a bit tired but overall I feel pretty good. I am going to make it a mellower weekend this time around.
